Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Installed or applied decals are not eligible for return due to the nature of vinyl adhesive products.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@adventurelifeusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — fast.

The Graphic Guardian Program

Exclusive to Adventure Life USA — the Graphic Guardian Program is our application error warranty, designed to give you total confidence when installing your new decals and overlays.

We know that applying vinyl graphics takes patience and precision. If something goes wrong during installation, we've got you covered.

What the Graphic Guardian Program Covers

  • Application errors — misalignment, bubbling, or tearing during the installation process
  • Adhesive failure — product not adhering properly when applied to a clean, prepared surface per our instructions
  • Material defects — peeling, cracking, or fading under normal use and conditions
  • Print defects — color inconsistencies or printing errors present at time of delivery

How to Use Your Graphic Guardian Coverage

  1. Email support@adventurelifeusa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll send a replacement — no hassle, no runaround.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from harsh chemicals, pressure washing, or abrasive cleaning after installation
  • Normal wear and tear from off-road use, UV exposure, or extreme weather beyond the warranty period
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modification

The Graphic Guardian Program applies to all Adventure Life USA products for 1 year from the date of purchase.
