Shipping

All orders ship in 1-3 business days.

Shipping upgrades at checkout for faster services do not effect the handling time.

Returns

All returns and refunds will be completed at the full discretion of the manufacturer. Claims must be made no later than 30 days after receiving the product. For products returned for manufacturing errors, the manufacturer will assume all shipping costs. All products must be returned in the original packaging in the condition they arrived.

For returns other than manufacturer error, shipping is at the expense of the customer in addition to a 25% restocking fee before issuing a refund.

Please note, custom orders are only printed upon the approval of the mock up by the customer. Therefore, custom orders cannot be refunded or returned unless there was a manufacturer mistake or the product arrives damaged.
