Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of transparency from this company. I ordered a custom decal for my wife’s vehicle and paid the listed website price of $49.99 in full. After multiple unanswered attempts to contact them, I finally had to submit complaints just to receive a response. Their response was not an apology for the delays or poor communication, but instead a request for an additional $5 because the “actual” price was supposedly $54.99. That price difference was never disclosed anywhere on the website or during checkout. I agreed to pay the extra $5 just to move things along, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled. Customers should not have to chase down communication or be asked for additional money after already paying in full.

The quality of the decal was good and the color was rich, but in hind sight, the color scheme didn't go well with that of my Jeep so I have tucked them away for possible future use somewhere else. I think it's a good product I just didn't think my color choice through completely.
