How to File a Claim:
Submitting a claim is quick and straightforward. Just complete the form on this page, providing a clear image of the damage caused during installation.
Claim Details:
Ensure your claim is filed within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, a fee of $10 will be charged to cover shipping via UPS. One claim is valid per order, and proof of damage is required. Custom orders may incur additional fee.
