For damaged claims or replacements, the shipment must be damaged in a way that prevents installation or shows visible cosmetic issues.
You must assist us to file a claim with the carrier and provide photos of the damaged box and product.
Facts on Color Accuracy:
We precisely match each OEM color by matching its exact code dialed to the model of the vehicle. However, freshly painted plastic components may exhibit slight variations compared to factory-painted panels on metal, which have already been exposed to UV radiation for an extended period. This subtle discrepancy is negligible and is not considered a mismatch unless the color significantly deviates from your OEM body panel. In such instances, we conduct an investigation and provide full replacement.

It took all of 20 minutes, maybe. Very easy install. Works fabulous.
Inexpensive and super easy to install. Much more simplistic than other options. No cutting, drilling or complicated wiring. Quick disconnect button on the gas strut in case you need to open the hood fully. Very nice upgrade.
The product worked as advertised. The only slight issue was trying to understand from the instructions on how to properly install the support brackets to the inside of the hood. You have to take one of the two screws completely off (which it’s stated) and then really loosen the remaining screw so that you can properly fit it into the hood crevice. That part is not clearly printed in the instructions..
Other than that it’s a great product thus far!!
The only hiccup was slipping the bracket from the upper hood shock bracket into the hood opening but all I did was loosen the upper bolt just enough that nothing fell off then it was to slide the bracket arm into the hood then line up the bottom bolt hole on the bracket arm then tighten the bolts. Very easy install. I just took a little longer to make sure everything went good and I kept the stock hood prop on my vehicle to have a back up in case the hood struts gave out. But I really like them nothing is in the way now and the hood opens a little more due to the hood struts.
Great product
I was alittle intimidated at first, because if I messed the install up I was on my on till help could arrive. Lol The install was super easy. After I got the left side installed there wasn't anything to the right side I would highly recommend this to any 1st time Jeep owner wanting to do the majority of the installs to their Jeep themselves.
Directions were kind of hard to read but wasn’t hard to figure out. I was afraid the struts would be too weak with the Mojave hood being steel but they fit and work great!
Great Product, took me a few minutes to figure out the instructions, but once I was able to determine where/what the instructions were indicating. Install went in without a hitch. Product works as intended.
Product seems like it will operate at described for the MOPAR Steel Performance Hood. The order did seem like it took some extra time to process the order and prepare for shipping. I had to ask what the status was and when to possibly expect the order.
