What a great graphic!! It looks amazing and the red outline goes perfect with all the red decals I bought to add to my emblems, it went on flawlessly. Make sure if you buy this decal put a piece of tape accross the middle of decal then peel, apply soapy mixture, then apply top, then bottom. That is the best way to do a decal this big. I absolutely love it! Very happy!!
I had a very difficult time getting this as good as I did. I don’t know what the problem was but it took constant adjusting to get it right and to work out the bubbles increases. Up by the driver side windshield washer nozzle is the only part that messed up as you can see. Otherwise there’s a couple of bubbles that I’m sure will disappear after time. I would give this difficult rating at eight out of 10 and it took about 2 1/2 hours.
I had a smaller hood decal on my 19 Grand Cherokee that I was not 100% happy with. So I decided to buy the black on black topo (with red outline) hood decal. I put it on recently with the rapid tac spray and it made the application simple. I am by no means an expert at wrapping, but I completed this within an hour as I took my time to make sure it was correct. It looks fantastic. I did order the one with the nozzle cutouts, but I found it much easier to align by taking the nozzles off (an extra 5 minutes). I give the vinyl 5 out of 5 in quality and appearance.
Decal came well packaged. I laid it out for the night on my hood in the garage and applied the next morning. I was doing the application by myself so I opted for the wet method. Im an amateur so this also helped with moving it into final position. It went on amazingly well. Only thing was the washer cutouts. I wish I had taken my nozzles off because the cutouts were too small. I ended up slightly trimming around them with my razor knife. After install I applied a little heat from a heat gun and continued smoothing water out. Then I parked it out in the sun. I've gotten tons of compliments. The red border with the topo pattern really sets it apart.
Not as easy as it seems takes some work for sure. Make sure the old decal had no glue residue on the hood before applying the new one on.
1st time trying it and it was pretty easy. The fit was perfect and it came out great in my opinion. No bubbles at all. Very happy with this purchase
Looks great but Very thin. Need a professional for installation and mine still got a couple wrinkles. Hopefully last awhile👍

Looks great. Was a little hard to apply.
I searched for a new hood decal for a while before landing on adventure life. Their topographic hood accent for the wk2 trail hawk was perfect and reasonably priced in comparison. The only negative thing I have to say is my first shipment was damaged in transit but upon contacting the support line they were extremely responsive and shipped me a new one to replace the damaged one with in a few days. I just received the new one and can not wait to install it. I hate that the first one was damaged but the quick response and Customer service was spot on and extremely appreciated! And the product is fantastic!
